Maplewood Richmond Heights wrestlers came in eighth out of 24 teams at the Sam Martin Invitational over the weekend, according to the site, trackwrestling.com. Ronald Stewart and Romelle Person took first in their weight classes. The MRH JV team came in 19th.
MRH results:
- 113 – Ronald Stewart (22-3) placed 1st and scored 36.00 team points.
- 120 – Kar`Mel Brewer (15-5) placed 5th and scored 14.00 team points.
- 132 – Jacob Tatum (7-18) placed 9th and scored 4.00 team points.
- 138 – Trey Williams (10-3) placed 4th and scored 15.00 team points.
- 126 – Romelle Person (24-3) placed 1st and scored 34.00 team points.
- 145 – Matt Green (17-5) placed 5th and scored 15.00 team points.
- 285 – Eric Wilson (2-7) placed 14th and scored 4.00 team points.
