Demolition, construction and rehab in Richmond Heights

As the former Waldbart Florist and Jon Paul Designs location comes down, a senior living center is being built and a home is being rehabbed.

1600 Bellevue sold last October in foreclosure for $160,500, then in December for $183,500. It’s now gutted and being rehabbed.

Allegro Senior Living is going up at the corner of Bellevue and Ethel. It will contain 87 units within 91,000 square feet offering assisted living and memory care services. See also: Richmond Heights approves $21 million assisted living center

  1. Demo of Waldbart’s building is a travesty! Should have never been approved for demo! Fire all politicians that approved it!
