The fried chicken restaurant, Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, passed Maplewood Design and Review in April, committing only to opening this summer. Now the first sign of progress at the location, 7434 Manchester Road, has appeared—an image of a very large egg. It was called “an eggcellent sign” on Twitter by Bobbi Clemons (@BatBobbi).
