Barbara Gill, Brentwood resident since 1961, has passed on. An obituary was shared with 40 South. Visitation and a funeral Mass was held at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church Wednesday morning.
My time with Barbara on the Brentwood Board of Education brought us together as friends as well as those who wanted the best for the education of our children. I remember Barbara as a bright, pleasant, caring, fun woman with whom I have missed having more time. I pray comfort and strength for her family and friends. Until we meet again, Barbara.
I am so sorry to hear this. Barbara and I were co-chairs of the Arts Round Table for awhile–it was gratifying and fun to work with her. Great Lady! “May there be peace on her spirit and eternal light on her soul.” (3x’s)
