BHS coding winner leads coding camp at library

Brentwood High School junior (at the time) Emma Stoverink, who was on the winning team at a coding competition at Chaifetz Arena in October 2016, led a coding camp for middle school- girls at the Brentwood Library recently. The library posted a photo on Facebook.

  1. The U.S.A. needs kids to learn coding. It’s not only an issue of economic competitiveness, but one of national security. Perhaps the Hidden Figures movie inspired some of these girls.
