Construction on the Boland Place apartments, originally approved by the city in March 2016, will begin in September 2018 according to the last word from developer Joseph Cyr.
A resident sent this photo of the current residents on the lot with the caption: “The first tenants at the stalled project.”
With all that standing water I think you need to add West Nile and Zika to the list. Richmond Heights better hope that no one in the area gets either disease since they refuse to compel Cyr to level the lot. Putting residents health at risk is no laughing matter. Clean it up before its too late.
