Bonefish Grill, on the same corner as the newly-opened Drury Inn, in Brentwood, will open Oct. 20, and told the St. Louis Business Journal it’s planning to hire 120 area residents.
The chain invested $1.6 million to build the 8,000-square-foot restaurant at 8780 Eager Road, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.

The average check per person at Bonefish was $23 in 2013. The average restaurant generated more than $3.1 million in annual sales.
