Brentwood girls basketball’s Marshelle Franklin has been nominated for radio station 590 The Fan’s High School Athlete of the Week.
According to the station Franklin is ranked 21st in scoring leaders in the St. Louis area with 372 points on the season, averaging 16.9 points per game. She had 18 points against Bayless in January.
Franklin is Brentwood’s all-time scoring leader, according to Brentwood Athletics on Twitter.
Brentwood (14-11) plays in the Class 3 District 5 semi-final against Cardinal Ritter (16-4) Monday at Vashon at 11 a.m.
