Brentwood School District places $29 million bond issue on ballot

On January 21, the Brentwood School District Board of Education voted to place Proposition E on the April 7, 2020 ballot. Prop E is a $29 million bond issue to rebuild McGrath Elementary and renovate Mark Twain Elementary. Passage of Prop E would see an additional forty-seven cents per one hundred dollars of assessed value on residential property taxes, according the district.

To help provide additional information on Prop E and what it means for Brentwood School District, the district is hosting an information night on Thursday, February 6 at 6 p.m. at the Conference Center, 1201 Hanley Industrial Court.
