The Chick-fil-A® restaurant at 8590 Eager Road in Brentwood is projected to open in September, according to a press release. The restaurant is expected to generate approximately 80 new jobs.
Chick-fil-A® will celebrate the grand opening of the new Brentwood restaurant by giving away a one-year supply of free Chick-fil-A meals (52 meals) to the first 100 adults in line on opening day. The opening date hasn’t been announced.
The new Brentwood Chick-fil-A is one of 88 new restaurants the chain plans to open across the country in 2015, creating more than 7,400 new jobs, according to the press release.

“A black eye on the community of Brentwood”???? Are you serious??? Is this not a privately owned company? Are they not allowed to have their own views and make their own choices? If you are so against in what they believe in then don’t go there. Simple as that!
Agreed. A highly visible location for such a negatively viewed company is like looking at a black eye on the face of Brentwood. Many people may not know C-F-A’s recent history but those who are aware of their anti-lgbtq stance do not forget.
I wish we didn’t have to have such a bigoted company making money on our neighborhood, but I suppose that’s part of living in the “Bible Belt.”
