By exploring eight key stress management tools, Certified Health Coaches Gayle Rose and Alison Allman will show you how you can move your life into a more balanced and healthy state. Coach Alison is a Registered Nurse; an ICF-certified Wellness, Fitness, and Health Coach; and an ACSM/ NSCA-certified Personal Trainer. Coach Gayle is certified by ACE as a Health Coach, Fitness Trainer, and Weight Management Specialist. Alison and Gayle empower people to better health by helping them shed unhealthy weight and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
