This is part of a quarterly class on topics related to health and wellness.
It’s time to say YES to habits and NO to resolutions! Often we get in our own way with keeping New Year’s resolutions for better health by being too ambitious, and when we fall short we give up or divide our attention and don’t achieve what we’re capable of. In this wellness-focused hour, business owner, certified whole health coach, and behavior change specialist Gayle Wilson Rose will share tools to help you get to another level and see real results with your health goals. In the evening’s presentation, you will learn about the following: a four-step guide for shifting into a new habit, the key element for turning a goal from a wish to a win, the most common goal achievement killer (and how to squelch it), and the fundamental “CPR” approach for success in making changes that stick. Come with a goal to work on for 2020 to kick-start a plan in real time!
