Join Kelly Hogan for an evening of softening into the calming practice of yoga. Put your comfy clothes on and enjoy an hour of learning how to calm your mind through gentle movements and simple breathing exercises. Yoga has been proven time and again to help with complete bodily health as well as mental health and concentration.
