This is part of a quarterly class on topics related to health and wellness.

Our bodies are designed to move, but too often our busy schedules and stress-filled days leave us exhausted and on the couch. Exercise time falls off our to-do list and our physical health slowly declines. We set ourselves up for risk of chronic disease, joint replacements, and overall lower life quality.

In this wellness talk, you’ll be inspired to adopt a more active lifestyle as you learn about the four key pillars of physical health: strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and balance. Certified personal fitness trainers and weight loss/health coaches Gayle Rose and Alison Allman will share the latest research and offer tips and strategies for adopting an active, healthy lifestyle.
