A Maplewood Richmond Heights family with a student in the middle school has had a tragic start to spring break.
The Horstmann family lost their home and belongings in a fire on Sunday, MRH School District reported on Facebook. It’s the home of Richmond Heights Memorial Library reference librarian Cindy Cantrell, the City of Richmond Heights posted on Facebook. No one was hurt in the fire, according to the city.
Their neighbors have set up a GoFundMe campaign to help the family recover.
