After prematurely setting an opening date of Nov. 15, before all county health inspections were passed, Fort Taco (8106 Manchester Road) is now good to go.
The taco and enchilada drive thru passed its two St. Louis County Health Department inspections this week, the final one on Wednesday, earning an “A” sticker for the drive-up window.
Fort Taco now plans to open Friday.
It’s hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
I tried the tacos yesterday. They were amazing. The freshness of everything really stands out. I hope these guys do well. They have a good thing going.
