The only establishment announced so far for the former Monarch restaurant building, at Manchester and Sutton — The Blue Duck — is on St. Louis Magazine‘s annual list of ‘most anticipated’ restaurant openings for the coming year.
The building is under renovation by developer David Schlafly. The Blue Duck’s space will be in the back; the entrance on Sutton. The opening is planned for the end of January, according to St. Louis Magazine.
