Mark and Tara Luedde, owners of My Happy Place, at 7405 Manchester Road, cut the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce ribbon on Tuesday.
Tara said they’ve operated at Union Station for 12 years, but customers have declined there in recent years so they decided to move. When she found the spot in Maplewood they jumped on it, even though it meant keeping both shops open for a couple months.
