A trailer with AT&T identification is continuously humming away, as it blocks a sidewalk on Marshall Avenue in Maplewood.
A resident said it was running all Sunday night; it’s still going on Monday.
A commenter on Twitter said it’s probably a U-verse box. Another said it’s an internet recharger, also that it’s blocking the sidewalk and should get a $5 ticket.

Looks like a U-verse box on the corner. Is the power out there? If so, they're probably using the generator to keep phone and Internet on.

I don’t understand why people are complaining about this generator. It’s obviously temporary and helped to make sure that people had access to Internet and phone (especially 911) after the storms last weekend. I doubt that it truly bothered anyone. Are we that desperate to find something to complain about?
