Previous signs on the door of Joy Luck ( 8030 Manchester Road) said it would be closed for ‘cosmetic remodeling’ from Sept. 22 to Oct. 31.
Framing and drywall work is continuing inside, and as of Monday, it looks like at least another week of work.
When the table saw was turned off, all a worker said was, “closed.”
