Maplewood Public Library is a gem, and not just because it’s housed in a beautiful old building. The inside is peaceful and home-like, with a fireplace room. If you haven’t been there, or signed up on line, you must. People who are simplifying may want to get in the habit of borrowing books instead of buying. Their online reserving process is easy. But the best thing about the library is the librarians. They are rich resources, helpful and just plain nice!
