Ground was cleared last week for the Lucerne, in Richmond Heights — 90 senior living units at 8825 Eager Road, just west of Brentwood Boulevard. It’s on approximately two acres.
Crews are grading the site, and construction is due to begin in October. The elevation drawings and site plans are in the Richmond Heights Building Department.
This looks like it’s going to be a beautiful development. I hope this also provides affordable living solutions for the senior citizens in our area.
