Maplewood resident Juan Arias ran the 2014 Boston Marathon on Monday with the tens of thousands. His wife, Anne, and family went to Boston cheer him on.
“The day was amazing,” Arias messaged 40 South News on Twitter. “Such wonderful spirit in Boston!!”
Daniel Stults of Brentwood, Joan Becker of Richmond Heights and Anne’s brother, Andrew Bucci from Rochester, NY. also completed the race.
- Juan Arias (45 years old) finished 145th in male 45-49 with 2:58
- Andrew Bocci (41) finished 497th in male 40-44 with 3:05:20
- Joan Becker (51) finished 740th in female 50-54 with 4:10:47
- Daniel Stults (28) finished 132nd in male 18-39 with 3:05:20
