Maplewood candidates can turn in petitions Tuesday

Maplewood residents will vote for three councilpersons in April. Karen Wood (Ward 1), Timothy Dunn (Ward 2) and Barry Greenberg (Ward 3) terms will end April 2015. They can all run again.

Tuesday at 8 a.m. is the first opportunity for Maplewood residents to turn in election petitions at city hall with at least 50 signatures of others in their ward to run for councilperson. Nov. 18 at 5 p.m. is the final deadline.

December 16 through Jan. 20 are the dates candidates for Brentwood public office to file.

Anthony Harper (Ward 1), Lee Wynn (Ward 2), Keith Robertson (Ward 3) and Tom Kramer (Ward 4) terms end April 2015. Mayor Pat Kelly’s term also ends.

Ward 4 Alderman Patrick Toohey has announced his candidacy for mayor and Brandon Jones has announced he’ll file to run for Ward 3 alderman.
