Maplewood robbery suspect arrested

On September 17 warrants were issued through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on Luke Kellogg, 27, of Ballwin, for robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action at a Maplewood business in the 3500 block of S. Big Bend.

Kellogg entered the business Sept. 9 and displayed an undetermined weapon to an employee working at the front counter, according to Maplewood police.

Kellogg left the business with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was wearing all black clothing at the time of the robbery including covering his mouth with a black cloth.

Bond for Kellogg was set at $75,000.
