The Menards construction, in Richmond Heights, is still waiting on Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) for approval to begin work, Richmond Heights City Administrator Amy Hamilton said in an email Wednesday.
In September, Hamilton said Menards was working through the MSD permitting process and finalizing construction documents for final review and permitting.

Msd really needs to push this through, it’s been like a year and still nothing but a big empty lot.
