Maplewood resident, Robert Chandler, saw head MRH bus driver, Dan Carnell (Mr. Dan) going by one of his stops a second time Friday morning and wondered why — he posted it on Facebook.
Chandler said he was driving back after dropping off his daughter at the high school and was behind the bus when it stopped.
“I was asking myself why it stopped where it did because they had already made their rounds,” he said, “and Mr. Dan had gone back around because one of the kids had left his water bottle at the bus stop and he went back to get it.”
He is the best! My kids love him!! Thanks for taking care of my kiddos all these years!
