Maplewood Richmond Heights eighth-graders expeditioned to the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, on Duaphin Island, Alabama, to learn about ocean biology, as well as to have fun in waves.
MRH Middle School parents are holding an annual fund raiser event for Middle School trips at the Saratoga bowling lanes, at 7:30 p.m. on May 8.
Also in MRH news, the MRH team earned first place last week at the Worldwide Youth Science and Engineering State Competition for the second year in a row. The team members were Ramone Agard, Joseph Barron, Nicholas Fisher, Everett Hicks, Dylan Kiefer, Noah Kiernan, Milo Massa, Aaron Meuser, Lauren Owens, Mia Rintoul, Samantha Schaffner, Henry Seymour, Jamie Tipton, Ellen von zur Muehlen and Jiyra Walker, MRH reports.
