Brentwood planning and zoning will review plans for a new Chick-fil-A at 8590 Eager Road, Brentwood, at its next meeting, on October 8, a Brentwood planning department employee said Tuesday. It would sit on the same site as the current Macaroni Grill.
Letters to all property owners within 300 feet of the site went out Tuesday to notify them of the meeting.
The employee said the plan could be voted on by the committee October 8, or might require follow-up meetings before it goes back to the full committee for a vote. It will go the Brentwood Board of Aldermen following plan and zoning’s vote.

According to the plans, the restaurant would have a total of 158 seats and approximately 168 parking spaces.
