  1. I subscribe to digest mode, and often don’t get an email of stories for days. Congratulations to Det. Eisenbeis. I’m sorry you haven’t received the accolades on this message that you deserve. I saw Jack Bock 1stSgt USMC (ret) remark from yesterday as a comment on my email tonight. I totally agree, there should have been hundreds of comments of support from the citizens of Brentwood and the surrounding communities. Accept my apologies for being remiss, and thank you for your service to our community.

  2. Congratulations to Detective Eisenbeis and thank you for all you do for our community, including the BSD with respect to DARE program, etc. We sincerely thank you and appreciate your service.

  3. It is a shame there are only two comments on this story, now there are three. When City employees are recognized for their work should be complemented by every resident that subscribes to 40 South. Anyone who does congratulate Detective Eisenbeis should be ashamed of them selves.

  4. Detective Eisenbeis, excellent performance of duty. You have been with the BPD many years.
Hopefully your performance with this award will bring forth a long awaited promotion. Come on Chief, at least promote him to Sergeant, you could not have asked for better advertising from the Chamber of Commerce. He is most deserving now with this award, he is a leader of the community. What say you residence of Brentwood?

  5. I congratulate the selection of Detective Eisenbeis. He has facilitated the correction of a number of incidences both for myself and my late neighbor. Detective Eisenbeis is a gem among the many gems of our Brentwood FR’s–all of whom need to be lauded and defended in this atmosphere of unlawful acts STOPPED by good FR’s. I hope to see many more Detectives and Officers and FR’s recognized for their ability to keep us safe and informed. The professionalism and ability to correctly read situations NEED TO BE UPLIFTED. ——————and if you agree with the slams our FR’s have had to endure—pm me. I will put your a** to rest. love maureen
