Police find meth on woman as she is arrested for shoplifting

According to court and police records, Katrina N. Changar, 25, of St. Louis was charged with possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 6, 2015, when she admitted to Maplewood police to having methamphetamine in her possession, as she was being arrested for shoplifting at 1900 Maplewood Common Drive (Walmart).

In the store, employees saw Changar put items in her purse and pass all point of sale. Maplewood police responded, and while arresting her for shoplifting, she admitted to having methamphetamine. She was held on $5,000 bond.
