Richmond Heights Police arrested a woman early Tuesday morning in the shooting death of a man at a Richmond Heights apartment building, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has reported.
The call came in to Richmond Heights Police around 12:45 a.m., KSDK reported. It was in the 7200 block of West Park Avenue.
The suspect and victim knew each other, the Post-Dispatch reported.
The Post-Dispatch updated the post with the information that the man killed was 31 and that the woman in custody was his 29-year-old girlfriend. “She admitted to shooting him during a domestic violence incident,” the department said in a Facebook post on the incident.

Have any names been released yet? I find it a bit concerning that this kind of violence is happening in our community and we don’t know who is committing these crimes. Neither the victim or the shooters name have been released.
