Richmond Heights City Manager Amy Hamilton last week received a statewide honor recognizing high standards of accomplishment, professionalism and ethical conduct.
The Missouri City/County Management Association (MCMA) awarded Hamilton the Jay T. Bell Award for 2018.
The award was named for Jay T. Bell, who served as executive director of the Missouri Municipal League from 1965 until 1981.
