A man was shot as a result of a road rage incident on Hanley Road on Tuesday near Interstate 64, Fox 2 has reported. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Two drivers, in a car and a van, started arguing at a light at around 1 p.m.

After turning, the driver of the passenger car then cut off the driver of the van, stopped, got out and fired shots into the van, police said.

One bullet hit the van driver in the right arm. The driver of the car fled the scene.

Police placed at least 16 evidence markers by shell casings at the scene.

  1. A bit off topic, Dave. So are you indicating that your anger about a hotel development’s traffic impact on rush hour traffic at Hanley could escalate to your involvement in a shooting?

    Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. And as they continue to build new structures on Hanley this is going to get worse! That new hotel on Hanley and 64 is going to cause nothing but more backed up traffic. Hanley at rush hour is horrible!
