A partial road collapse on the ramp from Hanley Road to Interstate 64/40 eastbound has forced the ramp to be closed, KSDK reported on Monday.
The section of road is near The Heights in Richmond Heights.

So will the contractor who did the grading on the development be held accountable and reimburse the government for the repair work?
Lot of steep grading over there. Honestly surprised it took this long…
There is also very steep grading at the 64/170 interchange a bit west of there. I have to wonder when it will happen there.
