Smash and grab at Macy’s; high-accident spot

Thieves broke into Macy’s at the Galleria, stealing thousands of dollars worth of wristwatches on Jan. 6 at about 1:45 a.m. Richmond Heights Police police told Fox News.

Three suspects shattered the front door and display case with a landscaping stone. They left behind watches by Guess and Fossil but took more expensive watches. The Galleria Macy’s is the latest department store to be hit with smash-and-grabs, according to Fox.

Surveillance video shows the group was in and out of the store in under a minute. Anyone with information should contact the Richmond Heights Police Department at 314-655-3610.
