Edward J. O’Brien, owner of O’B Clark’s dies at 77

Edward J. O’Brien, owner of O’B Clark’s Restaurant, the popular Brentwood sports bar, died on December 12 at age 77, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. O’B Clark’s moved from Brentwood Square to its present location at 1921 S. Brentwood Boulevard about 12 years ago. Long-time employee, Mickey Kelso, said O’Brien was outgoing and very humorous. “Everyone loved him, that’s for sure,” Kelso said.
