The renovation of 8821 Manchester Road is complete, and Savoy Properties is offering it for sale or lease. The number above the window was changed from the year of its construction (1925) to its address (8821).

Now that it’s done, what should go here?

These are some specifics, from Savoy Properties.photo(1)

  • 3,328 square feet office/retail building for sale or lease
  • 1,664 square feet on first and second floors
  • Creative interior finishes with exposed beams, high ceilings and abundant natural light
  • Recently remodeled featuring new windows, roof, HVAC, electric, plumbing, tuck pointing and parking lot
  • Off-street parking included

This is the building in early stages of renovation.

  1. I’m glad it was renovated, but every time I drive by I amaze at the dumb decision to change the date to the address. If they were vaguely close (ie, 8821 and 7600 or something) I could maybe understand, but I just don’t get it. Stripped it of something historical for a silly reason.

Anyway, I hope it gets a good tenant soon!

  2. The address really is 8821 Manchester. Not enough parking and hard to access east-bound Manchester. Best use is a lower traffic business like accountants, dentists, etc.

  3. would love a reading house, selling herbal teas, sandwiches, flavoured coffees and coffee liqueurs, and an artist consignment shop on both floors. (my inner Joni Mitchell is talking now.)
