Dominick A. Terry, 35, of the 1200 block of S. Brentwood Boulevard, has been charged with second degree assault and armed criminal action for striking a convenience store clerk in September 2014.
Terry entered a 7-11, argued with the clerk, then hit the clerk with a coffee pot several times causing injuries to the victim, according to a press release by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney.
Terry is set to go to trial on April 27.
I think 1200 S. Brentwood Blvd is the restaurant, not where the accused lives.
