Maplewood Public Library recently received a grant from the Missouri State Library for new technology that will benefit both staff and visitors. A network switch and seven computer monitors were recently replaced at the Library. Additionally, a new wireless access point was added to the Library’s existing layout.

Visitors should now experience fewer interruptions in WIFI usage in the west end of the building. Staff were excited to acquire upgrades for outdated technology and are grateful for the chance to complete this project through the Missouri State Library. This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
