Brentwood has been ranked the fifth-best city in Missouri to buy a house based on “home values, property taxes, home ownership rates, housing costs, and real estate trends,” according to the Niche website.
Rock Hill is ranked 11th; Richmond Heights, 24th; and Maplewood, 81st.
Ranking best places to live in Missouri, Niche named Richmond Heights third; Brentwood, sixth; Rock Hill, 18th; and Maplewood, 39th. The ranking is based on based on “crime, public schools, cost of living, job opportunities, and local amenities.”
