Carolyn Mantia, broker owner of Clarity Street Realty, at 1530 S. Big Bend in Richmond Heights, reports it’s been a “busy, busy time.”

Five agents, Renee Cymbala, Richard Smolich, Timothy Burgess, Brad Niemerg and Dara Gustin, continue to work for Clarity and 11 have been added in the past 11 months. She said a couple of them are MRH residents. Four more agents are currently in real estate school.

Also, attorney Vivian McBride, principal of Legacy Law Firm and co-owner of Clarity Street Realty, also is now licensed and heading up Clarity’s new commercial division.

September 8 will be the one-year anniversary of the agency’s move to the Richmond Heights location. They plan to host their second annual fall festival in late October.

“It’s been a really great year for real estate overall with property values increasing in the MRH area,” Mantia said. “We have a long list of clients we are trying to help find homes in the area and not enough inventory.”
