Esquire Theatre reopens: power recliners throughout

The Esquire Theatre, which turns 75 in November, reopens Friday after a complete renovation, including “plush power recliners” with extend footrests in all seven theaters and a full bar with TV. New sound systems and movie screens have been installed in every theater. The screen in the large, center theater has doubled in size, according to a press release. AMC media contact, Ryan Noonan said when the theater opens Friday, movie prices will be the same as when it closed. He said the renovation cost “millions.”
