The Brentwood Historical Society posted photos on its website of two Brentwood houses it reports were recently torn down.

2916 Collier Avenue was built in 1921 and sold most recently in March 2012 for $30,000 to Doug Cohen Real Estate Inc. It had total living space of 1,037 square feet. It was torn down in the past few weeks, according to the Brentwood Historical Society.
8502 Florence Avenue was built in 1924. It had 696 square feet of living space. It was last sold on May 9, 2014, for $70,000 to Rocky Ridge Capital Asset Management. Before that it sold for $55,000 in January 2012.
I hope someone saved the Japanese Maple tree in front of 8502 Florence Ave. At least it looks like a Japanese Maple.
