Summit Development Group, developer of Deer Creek Shopping Center in Maplewood and others, nationally, has a contract with the City of Richmond Heights for the 4-plus acres on the southeast corner of I-64/40 and South Hanley Road, according to Richmond Heights City Manager Amy Hamilton.
Principal of Summit Group, Scott Reese, said in an email to 40 South News that it’s premature to comment on the development of the parcel, but he hopes to be in a position to elaborate in the next 30 to 60 days.
At least part of the parcel is identified as the Zimmermann Blk, 1 Lots 2 Thru 19, with an address of 8131 Dale Avenue, in St. Louis County real estate records.
