Maplewood planning and zoning commission is set to meet on Feb. 12, rescheduled from Feb. 5. The commission couldn’t reach a quorum on the earlier meeting due to illness.

Maplewood allows short-term rentals by conditional permit. Brentwood is in the process of defining an ordinance to specifically keep them out. Richmond Heights Planning and Zoning is set to hold a public hearing on the topic.
