Citizens for Modern Transit has named Jennifer Obertino, of Brentwood, a member of its board of directors.
Obertino is vice president and operations manager of the Missouri-Kansas operations for URS Corporation.
Obertino will spend the next three years helping guide Citizens for Modern Transit as it works to fulfill its mission of expanding the light rail system in order to build more sustainable, accessible communities in the St. Louis region, according to a press release.
