Maplewood Richmond Heights wrestlers took third in the Class 1 District 1 meet at Whitfield Saturday with 118 team points. Brentwood was fifth with 96. Whitfield won with 233.

Reichert said MRH flirted with the top spot most of the tournament but with half of a full team could not hold on. Seven kids wrestled, six of which qualified for the state meet.
