The office of St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch reports that Brian E. Wagener, of Eureka, MO, is accused of driving around areas of Brentwood and Webster Groves while masturbating, and is on the docket for county court the week of Dec. 2.
Webster Groves police investigated the October of 2009 incident, according to Kirkwood Patch. Wagener was 34 at the time.
McCulloch’s office states that several children reported it to police. Wagener admits the incident but denies being around children.
