Thursday, Feb. 19
- Police arrested a 23-year-old woman for stealing over $700 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 20-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 19-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 28-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 58-year-old man for attempting to purchase approximately $5,500 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business with a cloned credit card. Felony charges are pending through the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Friday, Feb. 20
- Police responded to the area of Manchester and Lanham for a reported disturbance. Police discovered a 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman arguing. Both subjects were arrested on disorderly conduct charges.
- Police arrested a 31-year-old man in the 3600 block of S. Big Bend for driving while intoxicated.
Saturday, Feb. 21
- A Pontiac GrandAm was intentionally set on fire in the 2200 block of Yale in the early morning hours. Police are following up on several strong leads.
- Police arrested a 56-year-old male for stealing approximately $120 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
- Police arrested a 36-year-old woman for stealing approximately $145 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business. Due to the suspect’s prior theft history, police will be seeking felony charges.
Sunday, Feb. 22
- Police arrested a 24-year-old man on trespassing charges at apartment complex in the 2200 block of Yale.
- Police arrested a 38-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
Between Feb. 16 and 18 police report that not much happened except for traffic stop arrests and tax fraud reports.
